Can I change my artwork after I've approved the proof but before printing starts?

Yes. If your order has not started printing yet, you can request an artwork change even after you approved the proof. Speed is everything here, because the request has to reach the pressroom before your job does.

• Contact customer support right away with your updated file and order number.
• The team works to hold or stop the print run and swap in the new file.
• The sooner you ask, the better the chance of making the change without pushing your delivery date.
• Once printing has started, the file can no longer be replaced.
