What happens if I encounter a website error while placing an order?
Answer
An on-screen error during checkout does not always mean your order failed. If the payment was authorized, the order may already be in our system even though your cart looks empty or you see an error message.
- Check your order history first to see whether the order went through, and whether any duplicates were created.
- Look for a payment authorization or charge as a sign the order was actually submitted.
- Contact support with your order details if anything looks wrong or duplicated.
- Tell the team which order you want to keep active so they can cancel any extras.
