Question

What do I do if I'm having trouble with the verification code when ordering a free sample pack?

Answer

If the verification code popup will not appear or the code will not go through when ordering a free sample pack, support can complete the order for you.

  • Contact 4OVER4 support and mention the verification code issue.
  • Provide your shipping details so they can process the sample pack order.
  • The team will help you complete the request without the popup.

A verification glitch does not have to stop your sample pack, since support can finalize it directly for you.
