Question
Can I send a physical sample of what I want before ordering?
Answer
Yes. If you have a physical piece that shows the exact finish, texture, or look you are after, you can send it in so the team can match your intent instead of working from a description alone.
- Mail a printed sample that shows the finish or texture you want to replicate
- Include your order details or specs so the reference ties to a specific job
- Contact the support team first to confirm where to send it and how to label it
- Keep a copy for yourself, since mailed samples are not always returned
