What should I do if my file quality looks poor after upload?

A blurry or pixelated preview almost always comes down to resolution, not a website glitch. Print needs far more detail than a screen, so a file that looks crisp on your monitor can still be too low for press. Re-export at the correct resolution and size, then upload again.

• Target 300 DPI at the finished size for business cards, postcards, flyers, and similar small-format work.
• Large-format items like banners and posters can print well at 100 to 150 DPI because they are viewed from a distance.
• Avoid enlarging low-res images. Scaling a small photo up adds pixels but not real detail.
• Use vector art for logos and type whenever possible so edges stay sharp at any size.
