How do I upload new files to my order if the original files were incomplete?
Answer
If an order is missing files, adding the rest is simple from your account, and file review picks up as soon as the complete artwork is in place.
- Log into your account and click the Upload button for your order number.
- Upload the new or missing files on the file upload page.
- The file review team examines the artwork once it is received.
- Proofs are then posted in your account for you to review and approve.
