If 4OVER4 lets you know no files came through for your order, you can email the artwork straight to support and they will attach it to the order for you.
- Email support with your files attached
- Include your order number so it matches the right job
- Double-check the files are actually attached before sending
- The team uploads them and posts a proof for approval
