Question
How do I submit my artwork and get a quoted discount applied to my order?
Answer
To have a quoted price applied, place the order online as normal, then point the team to your quote so they can match it. Choosing the free online proof option keeps things unpaid until the price is corrected.
- Place the order online with your quantity and specifications.
- Select the free online proof option.
- In the order comments, describe what you are ordering and reference the quote you received.
- Give your order number to customer support so the team can adjust the price and add notes.
Referencing the quote in the comments and to support is what ties the discount to the right order.
