What is your turnaround time?

Total delivery time is production time plus shipping transit. 4OVER4 offers turnaround tiers from same day to normal production, with a 99.8% on-time delivery rate and 82% of orders shipping ahead of schedule.

• Fast tiers: same-day and next-day products print and hand to the carrier within 1 business day.
• Availability: the fastest options vary by product and current order volume.
• Cost: rush turnarounds carry an added charge and can be combined with a faster carrier (ground, expedited or overnight).
• Transit: turnaround covers production only and does not include transit time.
• Estimates: ship and delivery dates appear at checkout once you set quantity and destination, and 82% of orders ship early.

• Per product: each product page shows its own turnaround options; standard business cards, for example, take 3 business days by default.
• The clock: turnaround counts business days from approval; an order approved before 3:00 PM EST counts that day as day one. Saturday, Sunday and closed holidays are not production days.
• Same-day: order by 12pm ET and most products ship the same business day from the Queens plant; a priority charge applies.
• Longer jobs: booklets and specialty items take longer; 3D lenticular products can take up to about 22 business days.
• After production: the order ships by the method chosen at checkout; UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on distance.

Specialty finishes such as foil, embossing, and spot UV add about 1 to 2 business days to production; laminations add none.
