Yes. If you placed an order with an expedited turnaround but no longer need it that fast, you can switch to standard production and recover the difference. Standard turnaround is typically 3 business days, and moving to it lowers the cost compared with a rush selection.
- Contact customer service and ask to change the turnaround on your existing order.
- They can move a 2-day or other expedited option down to standard 3 business day production.
- The price difference between the rush and standard option is refunded once the change is applied.
- Make the change before the job enters production so the adjustment can still be made.
