Will I be charged shipping if I pick up my order in-store?
Answer
Whether pickup is free depends on where your order is produced. If the printing facility is the same as your pickup location, there is no shipping charge. If not, the order has to be moved to the pickup point first, which adds a shipping fee.
- Produced at the pickup facility: no shipping cost to collect it
- Produced elsewhere: a transfer shipping fee applies to bring it to the pickup site
- Contact support with your order number to confirm where the job is printed
Checking the production location first tells you whether any shipping charge will apply to your pickup.
