When will my order arrive after it ships?

Your order ships according to the timeline you saw at checkout, and in some cases it can leave a little early. Once it is on the way, tracking becomes your best source of truth.
- Delivery follows the estimated ship date and transit time shown when you placed the order.
- Some orders ship ahead of the estimate when production finishes sooner.
- If you get a shipping notification but tracking shows "Unable to Track Shipment," wait a few hours and check again.
- It can take up to 24 hours for a new package to register in the carrier's tracking system.
If tracking still has not updated after a full day, contact support with your order number and they can confirm the shipment status for you.
