Question
I paid for expedited shipping and rush production-how do I verify this is applied to my order?
Answer
If you paid for rush production and expedited shipping, a quick check with support confirms both are correctly on your order. That way there are no surprises on the delivery date.
- Contact support with your order number to verify the rush turnaround is applied.
- Confirm the expedited shipping service, such as 2nd Day Air, is on the order.
- Ask them to confirm the production timeline and the expected delivery date.
- Verify early so any correction can be made before the order ships.
