Question

Can I request my order be sent in a poster tube to prevent damage?

Answer

Yes. Posters can be shipped rolled in a protective tube instead of flat, which helps prevent creasing and corner damage in transit.

  • Request tube shipping during the ordering process or by contacting support.
  • A rigid tube shields rolled prints from bending and edge crushing.
  • Tube shipping is a good choice for large-format posters that would be vulnerable shipped flat.
  • Note the request early so it is set before the order ships.
