My order arrived damaged.
If your order shows up damaged, contact our support team right away so we can address it quickly. Report the issue within 30 days of delivery, since the 4OVER4 quality guarantee covers both production defects and shipping damage.
- Reach out as soon as you notice the damage. If a package looks clearly damaged on arrival, you can also refuse the delivery from the carrier.
- Call support at (718) 932-2700, available Monday through Friday during business hours, or reach the team through the support link on our site.
- Have your order number ready and photograph everything: the damaged pieces, the outer box, and the shipping label. Clear, well-lit photos of both the product and the packaging speed up the review.
- Keep all packaging and contents until the case is resolved, since the team may file a damage claim with the carrier (typically UPS) on your behalf and the carrier can ask to inspect the materials.
- Qualifying issues include creasing, scratching, waviness, crooked printing, cut-off edges, and blank or missing areas. The team compares the finished piece against your approved proof and determines whether the damage happened in production or in transit.
- Depending on the findings, affected pieces are reprinted at no additional cost or refunded. The printing terms ask for the whole original job back, shipped within 10 days of authorization, before a refund or free reprint, and 4OVER4 covers return shipping on approved defective items. Mention any urgent deadline so the replacement can be expedited, and you receive a new tracking number once the reprint ships.
You can also email support@4over4.com with the order number, a description, and photos. A reprint ships to the original address unless you give support a new one, so confirm the address if it changed.
