Can I reorder something I've ordered before?

Yes. Anything you have ordered before can be reordered from your account, and your saved files make an exact reorder quick to set up.

• Log into your account and open your order history.
• Select the previous order, click the Actions menu (the three dots on the far right), and choose Reprint; the job drops into your cart with the previously approved file already attached, so nothing needs re-uploading.
• For an exact reorder the original artwork is reused as-is.
• If you need changes to size, quantity, stock, shipping address, shipping method, or payment, you can adjust those before checkout. Changing the artwork itself makes it a new order rather than a reprint.
• If you choose a proof on the reorder, production begins only after you review and approve it.

Custom projects have no self-serve Reprint button, so contact support with the original order number and quantity and they will build the repeat run and post a proof for your sign-off. If you cannot find the order, or it was placed under a different account, support can retrieve the details (size, finish, quantities) from the order number, an approximate date, or a description of the product, then place the reorder for you. Options and turnaround can change over time, so confirm the current details before you approve.

Spec changes use the edit option at step 1 of the cart. To change the artwork, contact support: it is not done on the website, and it becomes a new order with no reprint discount. An exact repeat is priced at today's calculator price, so pricing from the original order, including any promotion, may differ. Support can also place an exact reorder for you from the original order number.
