Question
What should I do after rejecting proofs for my order?
Answer
Rejecting a proof kicks off a revision cycle rather than ending the order. Here is what to expect and do next.
- If the rejection was due to a file problem, upload the corrected artwork so the new proof can be built from it.
- Watch your email for updates on the order status.
- The production team reviews your feedback and works on the revisions you requested.
- When new proofs are posted, review them and accept if they look correct.
Once the revised proof is accepted, approve the order to send it to print; production does not resume until you sign off on the new proof. Clear notes on the original rejection help the team get the revision right the first time.
