How do I know when my order is in production after I approve proofs?

Answer

Once you approve proofs and payment is processed, the job should move into production. You may notice the status label change as it transitions.

  • Approval plus processed payment moves the job toward production.
  • Different status labels can appear during this transition.
  • Contact support to confirm your specific job is in production and to get an estimated ready date.

If the status seems stuck after approval, a quick note to support with your order number clears it up.
