What happens if my order shows 'on hold' after I approve the proof?
Answer
An "on hold" status after proof approval usually means the order needs payment information confirmed before it can move into production. This is a normal checkpoint, not a problem with your files.
- First step: Log into your account and check or update the payment method on the order.
- Why it happens: The balance may need to be authorized or a card detail may need re-entry before the job is released.
- After payment: Once the charge is confirmed, the hold lifts and the order moves to production automatically.
If the hold stays in place after you update payment, contact support with your order number so they can clear it manually.
