Answer
Reviewing and approving proofs is done from your account, and you have a clear path whether the proof looks right or needs changes.
- Log in and open the online proof that was emailed to you.
- If it looks correct, click Accept.
- If something is off, reject the proof and describe the exact changes in the comment box.
Once every proof is approved, approve the order to finalize it. Detailed comments on a rejected proof help the team turn around an accurate revision faster.
