How do I know when my online proof is ready to review?
Answer
Once our team finishes reviewing your files, you get an email letting you know your proof is ready. That email includes a link that takes you straight to your Proofs Page, where you can view the design and approve or reject it.
- Watch your inbox: the notification email is your signal that the proof has posted.
- Open the Proofs Page: use the link in the email to review your design online.
- Read the rep notes: check the bottom of the Proofs Page for any comments from your file representative, since they often explain changes or point out things to confirm.
- Straight To Production orders: if you chose this option at checkout, your proof automatically goes into production once it passes file review, so you will not need to approve it manually.
If you are not sure whether your proof has posted yet, your account dashboard shows the current status of the order.
You will be notified by email once your online proof is posted, so you do not have to keep refreshing your account. The proof appears after your file adjustments are processed.
