Do I need to request a proof for a reprint order?
Answer
If you are reprinting an existing order with no changes at all, you can ask to skip the proof step and move straight to production.
- Reach out to customer support and ask them to update the order so it skips proofing.
- This applies only when nothing about the artwork or specs is changing.
- For the fastest help, call the office during business hours (10 AM EST onward).
- If anything did change, request a fresh proof so the update is reviewed before it prints.
