Do I need to proof my order before it goes to production?

Only if you choose a proof. The calculator preselects Straight To Production on most products, so the job goes to print after the file review with no proof to approve. To approve a proof first, pick the Free Online Proof (or a hard copy proof) at checkout, and the order does not enter production until you approve it.

• With proofing: you are notified by email and in your account when proofs are ready, then approve or reject them. Rejecting lets you add comments or upload a corrected file, and the job stays on hold until you approve.
• Straight To Production: once approved by the agent, the order goes directly to print without a proof step.
• Skipping the proof speeds things up but removes the review pause, so confirm your files are correct first.
