• Check spelling and names carefully, since engraved text cannot be corrected after the fact.
• Confirm layout and positioning so logos and text sit exactly where you expect on the finished piece.
• Verify sizing and scale so nothing runs off the edge or ends up smaller than intended.
• No order moves to production without your approval, so take the time you need to review.

Once you approve the proof, your order is released for engraving. If you spot an issue, reject the proof with your notes and a revised version is prepared.
