Why is my order stuck on a printing status and not updating?
Answer
When your order is in the cutting department, it has been printed and is being cut down to size. For most jobs this is the final production step before shipping or pickup.
- Your printed sheets are trimmed to their finished dimensions.
- Your order should be ready for shipment or pickup by the next business day.
- For orders without added finishing, you get an email when it is completed and shipped.
- For orders with added finishing, you get another email when it moves to the bindery stage.
