For a custom die-cut product, the key numbers are the overall size of the finished shape and how far your artwork extends past that edge. Provide those measurements and the team builds your order around them.
- Final die-cut size: give the overall width and height of the finished shape.
- Bleed: extend any background color or image at least beyond the cut line so no white slivers appear after cutting.
- Safe area: keep text and logos inside the cut edge so nothing important is trimmed off.
