How do I review and approve my print order before production?

After file review, you approve a proof online before anything prints, unless you chose to skip that step at checkout.

• 4OVER4 reviews your files, then posts a free online proof for you to view; you get an email when it is ready, or you can log in and click the proof button near your order.
• Check the text, spelling, layout, colors, dimensions, bleed, and that the correct file is on the correct side.
• Review the proof and approve it to send the job to production. No charge is made until you approve the proof and authorize the order.
• If you spot an error, reject the proof and re-upload corrected files; a new proof will be posted.
• If you selected Straight To Production, the job proceeds automatically once it passes file review, with no proof approval.

Online proofs display at a lower resolution for faster viewing, but printing uses your full-resolution uploaded files, so judge sharpness and detail by your original file rather than the on-screen preview. Approval is the point of no return: once you approve, the job moves to print and changes can no longer be made, so contact customer service with any questions before you click Approve.
