Question
How do I provide mailing data for inkjet addressing on my order?
Answer
When you add inkjet addressing to a mailing product, you send us your recipient list as a spreadsheet and we print each address directly onto the piece. Clean, clearly labeled data is what keeps the run accurate.
- Format: Save your list as an Excel file (.xls or .xlsx) or a CSV, one recipient per row, with a header row that labels each column.
- Delivery: Attach the file to an email to our team, or include it with your order so it stays tied to your job number.
- Reusing a proven layout: If the same list format has already worked with other print or mail vendors, it will usually work with us too. Send it as-is and our team will let you know if anything needs adjusting.
- Special instructions: Flag anything unusual up front, such as excluding certain regions or ZIP codes from standard mailing rates, or a preferred field order.

|---|---|
| First Name | Jane |
| Last Name | Doe |
| Address | 123 Main St, Apt 4 |
