Question
Can I order printed items smaller than 2 inches in width or height?
Answer
The online checkout has a minimum size of 2 inches on both width and height. Anything smaller than that is handled as a custom request through our support team rather than through the standard website order form.
| Ordering path | Minimum size |
|---|---|
| Standard website checkout | 2 in wide x 2 in tall |
| Custom request via support | Below 2 in, quoted case by case |
- Email our customer support team and describe the product and the exact finished size you need.
- Have your print-ready artwork prepared at the true small dimensions before you reach out.
- Include your account email or a previous order number so the team can pull up your details and move faster.
- Ask whether a very small size carries a minimum quantity or special cutting requirement.
