No, a new order cannot be added to an existing order, but when you are picking both up on the same day your account agent can help so the pieces can be released together.
- Contact your account agent to request a joint same-day pickup.
- Reference the existing order you want the new one grouped with.
- The agent may be able to combine the orders for a single pickup.
- Confirm the pickup timing so both jobs are ready at once.
