Why am I seeing multiple temporary authorizations on my credit card?
Answer
Seeing more than one temporary authorization while your order is processing is normal and does not mean you are being billed multiple times.
- Temporary authorizations, or holds, can appear on your card during processing.
- Only one charge is finalized and posted to your account.
- The extra holds drop off on their own as they expire.
If a hold does not clear after your bank's usual window, contact support with your order details and they can confirm the single finalized charge.
