Can I update a payment method or credit card information on my account?

If your saved card has expired or you simply want to use a different one, you can update the payment information on your account and apply it to your order.

• Add or edit the card in your account payment methods: log in, open Settings, and go to Payments and Payouts, or use the Add Payment option near the account icon.
• Save your billing address in the Address Book first, since the card needs a saved address to attach to, and include the CVV to complete the entry.
• You can also remove an old or expired card in settings, or enter updated payment details at checkout when placing a new order.
• If the Add Payment button does not respond, refresh the page or clear your browser cache, or reach support through the chat icon near the account icon.
• Call customer support with the new card details if you need to authorize additional charges or order changes; they can update the information securely over the phone.
• Keep the card and order number ready so the update is quick.

With the current card in place, any pending charge can be authorized and the order can move forward.
