What if I immediately realize I made a mistake with the information or artwork with my order after I authorized it for production?

If the order has already been authorized for production, please contact us immediately at (718) 932-2700 to see what can be done to make a change. Have your order number ready and describe the exact error, since whether a correction is still possible depends on how far the job has progressed and the type of mistake. The faster you reach out, the better the outcome.
If the order has not yet gone into production, you can simply cancel the order and place a new order with the corrected artwork or information.
