Can I make design changes to my order after it's been approved and sent to production?

It depends on how far along your job is. Before it actually reaches the press, there may still be a window to make edits.

• If printing has not started, contact customer support immediately with the change.
• Your order is placed on hold while the revised files are processed.
• A new proof is generated for your approval before the job resumes.
• Once it is on the press, changes generally are not possible.
