Name labels accept PDF, AI, PSD, and EPS. Choose PDF when you can, since it holds fonts, color, and layout in place across systems.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
- Color: CMYK, not RGB
- Bleed: 0.125 inch on all sides
- Fonts: outlined or fully embedded
If you are setting type at small sizes, start from a blank template so the safe zone is correct before you place the first name.
