What file formats are accepted for statement stuffers?

Statement stuffers print best from a print-ready PDF, which carries your fonts, colors, and layout exactly as you built them. AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF files are accepted when they meet the same specs.

• PDF (preferred): flatten transparencies and embed all fonts
• AI and EPS: vector files with fonts converted to outlines
• PSD and TIFF: flatten the layers before exporting

Every file needs 300 DPI resolution, CMYK color, 0.125" bleed on all sides, key text kept 0.125" to 0.25" inside the trim, and fonts embedded or outlined. A blank template at the exact trim size sets all of that up before you start designing.
