What file formats are accepted for buckslips?

A print-ready PDF is the safest file for a buckslip, since it holds your fonts, colors, and layout exactly as designed. Native design files work too when they are built to print specs.

• PDF (preferred): flatten transparencies and embed all fonts
• AI and EPS: vector files with fonts converted to outlines
• PSD and TIFF: flatten the layers before exporting

Whatever format you choose, build to these settings: 300 DPI resolution, CMYK color, 0.125" bleed on all sides, key text held 0.125" to 0.25" inside the trim, and fonts embedded or outlined. Starting from a blank template at the exact trim size is the quickest way to get all five right.
