Question
Do you work on weekends?
Answer
No. Saturday, Sunday and closed holidays are not production days, so production pauses on weekends.
- Production runs on business days, not on weekends or closed holidays.
- Our offices are closed on weekends, so phone and email support is limited then.
- People chat Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM EST, and Wally answers in AI Mode any time.
For questions that need an office reply, weekdays are the fastest time to reach our Support Team.
