What should I do if my file upload is stuck or not progressing?

If an upload stalls and the progress bar will not move, you have two straightforward options to keep your order on track.

• Option 1, upload later: choose "upload files later" during checkout, then upload the file from your order page afterward.
• Option 2, email it: send the file to support with your order number in the subject line and the team will attach it for you.

Before either, a browser refresh or switching browsers sometimes clears a stuck upload on its own.
