What should I do if my file is corrupt or won't upload?

A file that will not upload is often slightly corrupted, saved in a format the uploader cannot read, or too large for a single transfer. A quick re-save usually clears it up.

• Re-open the file and save it again under a different name, ideally in a compatible print-ready format such as PDF, to rebuild a clean copy.
• Flatten or re-export from the source program if the original was assembled from many layers or linked files.
• Compress it into a ZIP or STUFF archive before uploading, which helps prevent corruption during transfer.
• Check the file size and, if it is very large, split it or use an alternate transfer method.
