How do I upload replacement files if there's an issue with my order?
Answer
Replacement files are uploaded through the same account link you used to place the order.
- Log into your online 4OVER4 account.
- Click the Upload link next to your order number.
- Submit your corrected files to replace the original submission.
Once received, the new files go through technical review and a proof is posted for approval before production continues.
