Do I need to click 'Approve' after accepting the proof to finalize my order?
Answer
Yes. Accepting a proof and approving the order are two separate actions, and both are needed to start production.
- Accepting the proof confirms you have reviewed the artwork.
- Approving the order authorizes production and releases the job to press.
After you accept the proof, click the Approve button in the proof notification near your order to finalize. Skipping the approval leaves the job waiting. If you run into trouble approving, or would rather not do it yourself, support can approve the order on your behalf once you confirm the proof looks right.
