- Contact customer support to request a file review.
- The team checks your files, including die cuts and specialty formats, and confirms they meet specifications.
A pre-production review is especially useful for custom shapes and specialty jobs, where sizing and cut lines need to be exact before printing begins.
- Before ordering: email the artwork to support@4over4.com with the product, finished size and quantity; this file help is free and usually answered the same business day.
- With an order: choose the Free Online Proof at checkout instead of Straight To Production. A technician checks the file and posts a digital proof to your account, and nothing prints until you approve it. The card is pre-authorized at checkout and charged when the order is approved.
- What the check covers: technical issues such as resolution, color mode and missing fonts, not design quality.
