Question
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive by the promised delivery date?
Answer
Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak shipping seasons when carriers handle very high package volumes. If a shipment is running late, contact support as soon as you notice.
- Reach out to support right away with your order or job number and tracking number; office hours are 10 am to 6 pm EST, so time your call within that window for the quickest help.
- Check your tracking link first, since it often shows the current status or a delivery exception, and tracking updates are the fastest way to see where a delayed package currently sits.
- Support can contact the carrier, such as UPS, on your behalf to locate the shipment, and can escalate a lost or long-stalled package once the carrier responds.
- Depending on the situation, options may include return shipping and reshipping to a new address.
- Once a package is in transit it cannot be intercepted or sped up, so if you need the items urgently, ask support about a rush reorder with a short turnaround and expedited air shipping (and any discounts that may apply) while the original is traced; keep the original tracking handy in case it still arrives in usable time.
- Weather, address issues, and carrier delays during busy periods are the most common causes of a late arrival and are beyond our control.
