If the printed color came out off, contact support with your order details, and there are a few things on your side that keep it from happening next time. The color you see on screen is not always what a press can reproduce.

• The team reviews the case and decides the resolution, which may be a reprint
• Use correct Pantone or CMYK values in the file before uploading
• Remember not all Pantone colors are achievable in CMYK printing
• 4OVER4 may offer a discount to reprint with corrected artwork
