How do I approve an order in my account?

Answer

Orders are approved from your account's order history. Approval is required before your job can move to shipping.

  • Log into your account.
  • Go to order history and find the order you want to approve.
  • Click the APPROVE button.
  • This must be done before your items can be shipped.

If the approve button is not working, call customer support at the number on your account for help.
