Can I change the contact name on my account?

Yes, the contact name on your account can be updated while keeping the rest of your account intact. Support handles the change for you.

• Contact customer support with the new contact name you want on the account.
• Include the phone number you want associated with that contact.
• The primary email address on the account stays the same unless you ask to change it too.
• Support confirms once the new name is in place.

The same applies to a company account when the person who manages orders changes: send the new contact's name, email and phone number, plus your account email so support finds the right profile. The new contact can then manage orders on the account. To change only the name on a single invoice, say so; invoice name edits are handled apart from the account contact.
