4OVER4 keeps each account tied to a single owner and email for security and clean order records, so accounts cannot be merged, and one account cannot be reassigned to a completely different person's information.

• Two separate accounts cannot be combined into one.
• An existing account cannot be rewritten to another person's identity.
• If you need a new owner, create a separate account under that person's email address.
