Can 4OVER4 merge two accounts or change an account to another person's information?

4OVER4 keeps each account tied to a single owner and email for security and clean order records, so accounts cannot be merged, but support can change the account email to move an account to a different person.

• Two separate accounts cannot be combined into one.
• An existing account can move to another person when support changes the account email.
• If you need a new owner, ask support to change the account email to that person's email address.
• For contact-detail edits on the same owner (name, email, phone), support can update those directly.

Since accounts cannot be merged, pick one primary account and place all future orders under it so your history stays in one place. To copy a colleague or accountant on an order, add their email as a secondary contact: it receives all order emails, including the proof, but it does not merge accounts or share saved payment details.
