Cut Your Card to Any Shape You Want
Nobody files away a card shaped like nothing else in the stack. Skip the plain 3.5 by 2 rectangle everyone already carries and trim the card to an outline you choose, so the edge itself becomes part of the design. Pick a Basic Shape for cleaner cuts or a Complex Shape for something more intricate, with sets of 50 starting at $95.56, and the card lands in a hand looking like an object instead of a formality.
These cards punch above a plain rectangle. The custom outline does half the marketing for you, the odd edge earns a second look, and the shape gets the card kept instead of pocketed and forgotten. The price rewards a bigger run. A set of 50 starts at $95.56, about $1.91 per card, and the per-card cost keeps sliding as the count climbs toward 100,000, where it drops to roughly $0.08 each. Tap any tier below to see the live total and exactly how much each step up saves before you commit.
What Are Die-Cut Any Shape Business Cards?
Die-cut any shape business cards are cards trimmed to a custom outline instead of a straight rectangle, printed full color on one or both sides on any of 27 stocks. A die is a custom-shaped blade that cuts the card to the outline in your artwork, so a leaf, a bottle, a house, or a bold monogram can become the card itself. People reach for them when a standard card would get lost: shaped logo cards, product-silhouette cards, hospitality and event cards, and standout networking cards.
Because the size is unexpected and the edge is custom, the card gets handled and kept instead of pocketed. If you want the familiar wallet format instead, the Standard Business Cards cover that, and the closest simpler cut is the Die-Cut Business Cards, which sits right beside this as the version with preset die shapes.
What Shape Should Your Card Be?
The shape is the whole point. Basic Shape covers cleaner cuts like rounded silhouettes and simple geometric outlines, while Complex Shape handles a more detailed edge when your logo or object needs a tighter, more intricate cut. The default footprint is the familiar 2" x 3.5" business card size, and you can push a custom size up to 2" x 4" when the shape needs more room.
Because the die follows your die line, the outline is drawn to your artwork rather than a fixed preset. If you want a set geometric shape instead, the Oval Business Cards and Round Business Cards come pre-shaped, and the Custom Shaped Business Cards are another route to a made-to-order outline. All the die, size, stock, ink and finish choices are grouped below exactly the way the live configurator presents them, so you know what you can change before you change it.
Here are a few easy ways to make a die-cut card pull its weight.
Pick a stock that feels like more
A heavier coated stock gives a shaped card real presence in the hand. The default 14pt Gloss Cover keeps it clean and cheap, white linen adds texture you can feel, silk and velvet lamination read smooth and premium, and metallic pearl catches the light. For a card that behaves like more than paper there is 15pt synthetic plastic, 18pt rigid PVC, and even a 17pt indoor magnet, and a High Gloss UV Coating makes a small photo or logo snap.
Let the outline carry the message
The edge is your best tool on a die-cut card. Cut the card to the silhouette of your product, your logo, or your industry, and the shape says what the card is before anyone reads a word. Print full color on both sides so the outline reads from either face, and the card starts doing the work of something much larger than a business card.
Design it without a designer
You do not need a design background to make a die-cut card look sharp. Start from one of thousands of free, professionally built business card layouts, then change the colors, copy and logo in the online editor in minutes, and set your die line so the artwork never crowds the cut.
How Much Do Die-Cut Cards Cost?
Die-cut any shape business cards start at $95.56 per 50, about $1.91 per card, and the per-card price keeps dropping as the quantity climbs toward 100,000, where it falls to roughly $0.08 each, so a cheaper die-cut card really comes down to how big a run you order. An 800-card run is $182.33 and 7,000 cards run $711.75. So how many do you actually need? Drag the slider below to set your count and watch both the order total and the true per-card cost update live, and find the point where one more step up barely moves the budget.
Wally cuts your card to any shape you want
Why a card shaped like your brand gets kept, not filed away.

A die-cut card trades the plain rectangle for an outline you choose, a Basic or Complex Shape, starting at $95.56 for 50 on any of 27 stocks. The odd edge does half the marketing for you. Pick a shape, pick a stock, set your speed, and Wally cuts them sharp and fast.
Can You Print More Than One Design in an Order?
Yes. The Total Sets option lets you print up to 24 different sets in a single order, so a team, a product line, or several shapes can ship together instead of as separate jobs. And before anything runs, you choose a proof: send it Straight To Production, request a Free Online Proof to check the file on screen, or order a Hardcopy Proof to hold the printed shape in hand first. On a custom die-cut edge, a proof is the safest way to confirm the outline lands exactly the way you designed it.
How Do Die-Cut Cards Compare to the Rest of the Range?
Die-cut any shape cards are the pick when you want a fully custom outline, but they are not your only shaped move. If you are weighing a preset oval, a round cut, or a simpler die, it helps to see the trade-off in plain numbers. The chart below lines up die-cut any shape cards against their closest siblings so you can compare the starting price on each before you choose.
