What should I do if my UPS tracking hasn't updated since it was shipped?

Carriers do not always scan a package right after pickup, so a shipped order can show little movement for a while and still be in transit.

• UPS may not scan immediately at pickup or between hubs.
• Tracking sometimes only updates close to, or at, delivery.
• If the order shipped, it is very likely moving even when the page looks stale.
• Give it time. If it stays frozen well past the expected window, contact support.
